Valomi – Privacy Policy

Valomi is a personal TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) tracker app. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

Data stored on your device

All item and service data you enter (names, prices, dates, notes) is stored locally on your device in an SQLite database. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the cloud sync feature.

Cloud sync (optional)

If you choose to sign in with a Google account, your data can be backed up to and restored from the cloud:

• Authentication is handled by Google Sign-In. Valomi receives your name, email address, and profile photo for display purposes only.
• Backup data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure, associated with your Google account identifier.
• You may optionally encrypt your backup with a PIN. Encrypted backups cannot be read without the PIN.
• Cloud sync is entirely optional. The app works fully offline without it.

Exchange rates

The app fetches currency exchange rates from the European Central Bank (via api.frankfurter.app). No personal data is sent in these requests.

Data sharing

Valomi does not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third parties. No analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries are included in the app.

Data deletion

You can delete all local data by uninstalling the app. To delete cloud backup data, sign in and use the app's sync controls, or contact the developer.
